Completing a bid on the system may take approximately 1 to 2 hours, even when all required documentation is readily available. To avoid any last-minute issues—such as high system traffic, technical difficulties, or incomplete documentation—early preparation is highly recommended. Please remember to save your progress regularly to prevent data loss due to session timeouts or connectivity problems. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
